As a new Executive Director to a dynamic youth organization in Washington, D.C., MBA Services has been an integral part of my financial and operational orientation to the organization. After a year of working with the MBA Team, it was clear why my predecessor procured their Retainer Services six years ago. Although during my tenure we navigated the additional challenge of Covid19; MBA has been consistent and steadfast in shepherding us through a successful audit, preparing our 990, handling AP, AR, grant reporting and assisting with operational processes when needed. Knowing these important functions are in competent hands has enabled me to focus on leading my organization to its next level of success and opportunity; and not get bogged down in meticulous, yet necessary details.
